It’s been said that little details matter.

It made me ponder; do they “really” matter to you?

There is a luxury service business I know that has not changed it’s only clock back one hour since our time change over a month ago.  Does it matter?   Maybe it’s a small miss or does it mean other “details” are not being seen and handled?
