I’ve herd one major goal of business is (should be) to create a happy customer who creates customers.
You ever think about the extra effort or compliment you did NOT give? We always measure action…but what about a brand’s inaction? Not so much. What will a customer tell anyone else about what you didn’t do or say? Nothing…absolutely nothing. There’s your problem.
Who was your best customer in 2020?Your best customer was NOT the one who spent the most. It’s the customer who would recommend YOU…and do it without you asking. Be Awesome, care more…your reputation will spread in 2021.
Are you content with your content? (don’t you love English?) You should be if: — Someone says thank you— You delighted a customer— You gave someone an idea— Someone made a positive change…because of your share. How you create or deliver your content doesn’t matter. If it connects…it does.
If your brand/company could be made into a movie…what would the story be? Some drama, intrigue, some struggle…mystery?So many possibilities for a great script. If you want it to be a big hit…my advice? When you tell the story….make the customer the hero.
