A customer walks into a business; the receptionist asks “May I help you?”
The guy says “I think I’m invisible, I need to speak to the manager”
Her reply?  “Sorry she can’t see you now!”

Don’t let you receptionist be invisible to your team today.  
They’re your first line of offense and defense.
