Some of the best people I’ve ever worked with were interns.
Take a moment and thank an intern for all they do…

You new to this internship thing?  
Be a sponge, learn! ALWAYS be on time, share ideas, be you…and care more.
It’s way more “data” than “donuts” these days…but you’re doing good work.
And yes as a sponge, you’ll need that gritty side as well as a soft side.
