National No Alcohol Day (10/2)

The idea came from the WHO in 2008.

Quit for one day:  you’ll  be sweaty, blood pressure goes up and have a bad night sleep.
Stop for a week:  Your liver begins to repair, you may lose a bit of weight and your skin improves.

Some people quit drinking for good.  Now they just drink for evil.  ;0)
