MLK Day (1/17)

His original name was Michael King; but changed to Martin Luther: requested by his father…honoring two uncles. Today is special in another way:  MLK is the only person to have his birthday be a National Holiday…besides George Washington.

What else can we learn today?  “Intelligence plus character…THAT is the real goal of true education.”  Thank Martin for that one.
