Ahh, such a sweet day

National Cupcake Day (12/15)

Also known as the 1-2-3-4 cake

1 cup/butter, 2 cups/sugar, 3 cups/flour and 4 eggs (plus milk)

And back in 1796…no such thing as a muffin tin. So you baked them in (wait for it) a pottery CUP! Now you know AND you have the ingredients to make it a great day.  Share a smile…and a cupcake.
