Don’t be chicken about what you promise AND deliver

Customers don’t really care what you boast about.
Customers care about you “exceeding their expectations”

If you want to be really noticed…you need to OVER DELIVER.

Its okay to promise BIG, but you damn better deliver more to make and keep them happy.

And for me, when it comes to chicken fingers… a promise this big better not run a fowl.
