The World Health Organization came up with this one in 2008.
Quit for one day: you may suffer a bad night sleep, be sweaty, blood pressure goes up and you’re just downright irritable.
Stop for a week: Your liver begins to repair, you may lose a bit of weight and your skin improves.
Some people quit drinking for good. Now they just drink for evil. ;0)
PS: new science says you need 4-6 glasses of water a day, not the 8 you were taught in school.
