— A 20 mile bike ride
— A 6 mile run
— 550 miles to some fun place in a jet
— 208 thousand people in a zoom meeting
— Enjoyed 3 podcasts by Seth Godin
— Write about 8 thank you cards
— Prep about a week of meals
Just remember, regretting lost time is wasting even more time.
