Yeah, we lost it

An entire hour; Daylight Savings Time in most of the USA (3/14)

What we may have done with the lost hour:
— Posted about 33 million new Instagram stories
— 500 calories in an average workout
— A 20 mile bike ride
— A 6 mile run
— 550 miles to some fun place in a jet
— 208 thousand people in a zoom meeting
— Enjoyed 3 podcasts by Seth Godin
— Write about 8 thank you cards
— Prep about a week of meals

Just remember, regretting lost time is wasting even more time.
