National Pretzel Day (4/26)
A holiday?  Yes, especially in Philly. Philadelphia consumes 12x as many as the national average…and PA produces about 80% of the pretzels for the USA.
So a salute to all those with dark circles under their eyes and stay up all night to make these treats.
