What’s your business plan?

Just two years ago, businesses around the world spent over $73 BILLION on market research.  Over half spent in the US alone…trying to figure out how to make that special connection with customers to keep them coming back.  

Pardon the over-simplicity…but I’ll quote General Patton: “Plans should be simple and flexible.”  Isn’t what you’re selling “actually working” the best plan?
