Make up your mind!

35,000.  That is the average number of conscious decisions you make in ONE DAY, per our psychology peeps.

You’ll make about 226.7 decisions on food alone (Cornell University)…and your brain leaves you a bit behind…as many decisions are made about 10 seconds before YOU realize it. (catch up kid)

Kinda scary, but in the end not nearly as good or bad as our imagination thinks.  And remember:  You can’t make progress with making a decision.

So my decision?  Pizza, with pepperoni or maybe sausage?  Nah, BOTH!

Progress.  ;0)
