A customer walks in and the receptionist asks
“May I help you?”

The guy says
“I think I’m invisible, I need to speak to the manager”

Her reply:  
“Sorry she can’t see you now”.

Don’t let your receptionist be invisible to your team. 
A great question for today: “How may I help you”?
