National Cheesesteak Day (3/24)
You’ll see lots of photos of some tasty ones today.
I wanted to share where the flavor started:  1940’s South Philly.
Thank Pat and Harry Olivieri for giving us this combo of chopped steak and onions on an Amoroso roll.  Cheese?  That came later.
