National Intern Day (last Thursday in July)

Thoughts for companies with internships:

Give varying responsibilities
Pay them (or at least reward them)
Bring them into the company culture (all the way)
Provide regular feedback and have dedicated leadership for the person
They’re a problem solver in training!

And to current full-time employees:
An internship is a reminder that there is someone out there who actually wants your job.
