For the next few nights, look north around 6pm and you should see the faint green glow of Comet C/2022E3.
(up 49 degrees in the northern hemisphere to be precise) 

Enjoy the view, as the last people who saw this comet were the Neanderthals about 50 thousand years ago…hip deep in an ice age.  

It was also about this time when homo sapiens discovered language and started talking…and it’s been downhill pretty much ever since learning that skill. Even about comets?
