What do you aspire to be?

I had the genuine honor of learning I’m an unknowing mentor for a person I respect. The best part of mentoring is that both people grow. One learns more…the other learns they have more to give. Maybe coaching, maybe an idea, maybe just a way to be a better person.

For me, it’s not about aspiring to be like my mentor; it’s striving to become what my mentors aspire to be.
