These folks are there to serve you a tasty drink, savory food and a wonderful experience to get away from life’s drama for a bit.  They work hard:  tip accordingly and generously. 

PS: Don’t tip in China, Japan, Australia, Switzerland, Korea and a few other places…not part of the culture.
