There are too many floccinaucinihilipilificators in our daily lives and work…

Floccinaucinihilipilification is the habit of describing something as unimportant; having no value or being worthless.  It’s also the longest non tech word in the dictionary.

But to quote Oscar Wilde:  “Don’t use big words.  They mean so little.”

He’s right. So my correction:  Remember, what you do and what you say means a lot to all of us around you…and for you. Even the smallest words can have a big effect. 
A negative mind will never give you a positive life.
