What’s the number under the parked car?

Puzzles show there’s always a different way to view a problem.  Experts say, this puzzle is easy for kids but hard for adults. I’m a day late and a few pieces short from trying to solve this puzzle.

Personally, I like all kinds of puzzles…except those connect-the-dot puzzles.  
That’s where I draw the line.   :0)
